I've been bringing my two German Shepherds here since they opened and very happy with the service. The staff is friendly, they keep it very clean and my dogs come home happy and smelling great. We get the furmination treatment each time and very happy with that as well.

On March 1st, I brought me and my wife’s 1 year-old Labradoodle “Jammer” to Coastal Grooming for a haircut. The requested haircut was nothing specific or challenging. Just a trim, and perhaps a little shaping, to maintain his “Doodle” look. This was the second time he had been to Coastal Grooming, and we were fairly pleased with our first experience. Unfortunately, the groomer who took care of Jammer (who is no longer employed), did a very poor job, and my wife and I were very displeased. Jammer was supposed to be in some of our wedding photos, and we were upset that we felt like he couldn't now. However, Lisa is known for standing by every dog that comes out of her shop. Our Duke has been to Coastal several times now and he is always treated very well here. The only suggestion I have if you have difficulty getting in touch with them is to go to their shop first for the first appointment and then the owner may give a different way to contact.

This place is wonderful. My dog's look beautiful when I pick them up. Everyone is so sweet and helpful and they have wonderful ideas to help your dog with most problems.
