Island Pet Urgent Care

I cannot say enough good things about the team behind Island Pet Urgent Care. They have cared for our dog and our cat. Sadly, our cat’s time came but they administered excellent care during an urgent visit before we transferred to the ER. We will definitely continue to use them in case an urgent visit is needed. The work they do is remarkably important and we highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this place for your pets urgent care needs. The staff were VERY friendly, caring and sweet! The environment is clean, and welcoming. Very affordable. Don’t hesitate to visit this place if your pet is in need of urgent care! 🐾

I had the pleasure of seeing both Dr. Maston and Dr. Odle when my cat developed urinary issues outside of my primary Vet's hours. Both doctors are absolutely wonderful, the vet techs and reception staff are so kind, and the facility is clean! I wanted to give a special shout out to Dr. Maston who was extremely attentive when I called the practice when my cat had a little relapse and encouraged me to come back in for a second visit to alleviate my concerns. She was so kind and I felt that she was treating my boy the same way she would treat her own cats as we discussed a new course of treatment. I wish she would open a traditional practice because I would love to use her as a primary vet, but she is such an asset to pets with emergency needs and to the Johns Island community as a whole!

Island oet urgent care is sensational. We didn’t wait long at all and the staff was very friendly. The Dr was one of the owners and took great care of our dog whose eye got knocked while being groomed. They followed up with us several times afterwards. We are so lucky to have this kind of care on Johns Island now.

The people who cared for us here were wonderful! So attentive and helpful. I had never had to take a pet an emergency vet before this experience and had heard nightmares about how costly it can be. They treated my pet, and sent us home with 3 medications for around $400. I felt that was very reasonable considering we have gone to a normal vet visit and paid over $250. Kind, compassionate, affordable, easily accessible. Keep up the great work, we are so thankful for the help last night!
