After experiencing questionable care with local veterinarians, we transferred all records to Riverbank and could not be more pleased with the level of attention, expertise, and knowledge that was recently displayed with our English creme golden. Our technician Katrina went above and beyond to weed out every potential issue and Dr Roumillat provided a comprehensive evaluation within a level of communication that was clearly understood. We plan on a long and fruitful relationship with Riverbank for all 3 of our pets. So grateful to have this valuable professional resource in our community.

We have an elderly dog. We always get great attention. It never feels hurried. We appreciate you all so much and the positive atmosphere that permeates throughout the clinic. In a world where there is so much grouchiness, you guys are an island of light.

My wife and I just moved to the John’s Island area recently. We have been Praying to find good Doctors. We feel we’re so fortunate to have found Riverbank veterinarian. Very knowledgeable doctors with a great bedside manner. We are praising the Lord for them.

Everyone is very caring towards both pets and people. I unfortunately didn’t get the best news that day, but everyone from Dr Bradenberg to the front desk staff were so kind. Both Dr Bradenberg and Dr Billie are incredible veterinarians. Everyone has been wonderful every time we are there. My dog loves coming to the vet and that’s saying a lot!

If I could give you 1,000 stars I would. I had to put my 14 year old boy Knoxy down yesterday. I can assure you, it's the hardest thing anyone can ever do in a lifetime. Other than perhaps burying your own child. Riverbank made an absolutely terrible terrible thing the most pleasant experience I could have possibly imagined. When I'm ready, I'll get a new buddy. And I know he/she will be in great hands with Riverbank. Thank you for everything, from the bottom of my heart.
