Amazing practice! Dr Kristin took such good care of Jake for the last 6 years of his life and helped make them so much better for him. The staff has always been above and beyond and I will 100% be taking any pets we get to her in the future.

Dr Chapman and her staff are wonderful. They’ve taken great care of our pups. Recently my older dog needed several teeth pulled. As Dr C worked she found more issues. Throughout the day I received several calls directly from her with updates. My little girl (less than 4lbs) was spayed as well and everything went smoothly. She recovered quickly with no issues. Front office is always friendly and quick to help. We are moving away from LWR and thank you for your care!

I recently took my puppies to their first check-up, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The doctor was incredibly friendly, and both the receptionist and the nurse were attentive, patient, and compassionate. They answered all my questions thoroughly, making me feel well-informed and reassured. I've visited many veterinary clinics before with my other dogs, but I’ve never received follow-up calls or emails after an appointment. This clinic truly goes above and beyond in caring for their patients and ensuring pet owners feel supported. Highly recommended!

My dog hates all vets. The team at Coastal were very comforting to me and professional and helped me get him the care he needed even though he's hard to wrangle. I'd also like to say that I found a dog in my neighborhood and they helped me to scan the pup and I was able to reunite her with her family. They are all very nice and helpful and go above and beyond.

We were placed on the dental surgery list after an appointment with their own veterinarian, only to later be told that the doctor doesn’t actually perform surgeries and that we’d need to come back to see someone else. How does that even happen? If that doctor doesn’t do surgeries, we should never have been put on the list in the first place. It feels like they’re more interested in billing for another visit than providing genuine care. Save yourself the frustration and find a vet in Lakewood Ranch who truly cares about their patients and not just the money.
