Staff is very friendly on the phone, attentive to my pups needs during the visit as well. Dr Padgett was able to answer questions I had regarding my dog’s status through using ultrasound and xray. We also sent off for cytology of a mass. The visit was very proactive and I’m thankful I was able to get my pup seen very last minute. The clinic is very clean and thoughtfully aimed for pets and owners to feel relaxed. Thank you! 🙏

Dr. Padgett is fantastic! He always takes his time with my cat and makes sure I understand everything throughout the exam. I truly appreciate how thorough and patient he is. I never feel rushed and always feel comfortable asking any questions I have. It’s clear he genuinely cares about both his patients and their owners! The staff is also friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit a positive experience. Highly recommend!

My cat Princeton has had a battery of medical issues since I brought him home, which caused me to pick a vet based solely off the distance from my house. I am so glad that turned out to be Clements Ferry Vet! This team of vets and techs has been the biggest blessing to me and my cat. They are kind, professional, and always answer any questions I have without any hesitation. I love how passionate every employee is about animals, no matter the circumstance. The staff is very professional and they obviously love working with animals. The vets always take time and ask if there are questions or concerns that I have about Pippin and Pearl. I feel like they listen to me, even my goofy stories about things they do. My dogs mean the world to me and they respect that. My dogs love to go to the vet. I’m glad that we moved to Clements Ferry Veterinary. I highly recommend them and fell very positive about the doctors and the technicians. They are the best😎

Very nice people, got in right away and the clinic is very clean. Veterinarian was gentle, and patient with our new adopted senior cat. She was confident and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. She gave us clear next steps. I have finally found our furry friends veterinarian.
