Classy Canines

I would beware of this place. I get my nails done next door and you can hear dogs being yelled at and mistreated through the walls. I've heard this is not a rare occurrence. My neighbor said they won't be taking their dog back there when it came back with its tail injured after getting groomed there.

First and last time at this grooming salon. Dropped my dog off for a bath only as a walk-in customer. He had a full groom with cut the week prior but got dirty. Initially I was grateful that they were able to take him since my regular groomer couldn’t squeeze us in same-day. I was ready to leave a generous tip for that alone but unfortunately that changed when I went to pick him up. No employees were at the front counter and they didn’t hear me open the front door because loud drying fans were on. The view to the back where dogs are groomed is blocked off. I was patiently waiting for an employee to pass by when I saw a little dog walking around behind the gate. I started talking to him, saying what a cute boy he is. I USED to like this place. I would bring my dog at least 2x a year and I didn’t want to change her groomers and the groomer she had was always super sweet to my dog. I was never told of any issues… but I’ve been calling and leaving VMs to never get a call back. If my dog did something, they could at least have the courtesy to tell me instead of just not responding. It’s quite unprofessional. I’ll give them a 2 though because as mentioned I didn’t have any issues previously until recently and because the groomer that was there and not sure if she’s still there was so sweet

Exceptional customer service! They love the pets that come in. I was very happy with grooming! My dogs were not stressed at all after their first time being there. I have already set up future appointments for their grooming.

I have taken my Yorkies to what’s, likely, the majority of groomers in Fresno. Classy Canines is by far the best. In part, I say this because this particular salon is always clean, the staff is courteous, and the groomers are always consistent in their work. When I leave my dog there, I never worry, as I know she’s in good hands. Anna and her staff of groomers have never let me down.
