Zoey was incredible! I bought a snake from Petco and brought it to her because the shed was stuck! Zoey took her time and patiently showed me how to remove the skin from the eye pockets! This girl truly informed me on how to properly care for my snake! I left here feeling more sure than ever before! I highly suggest this place to anyone over petco!!

i recently moved to this side of town and have gone here 5-6 times and have only been satisfied once. the past three times they have been out of rats (i understand they don’t have complete control of that), it’s unfortunate when i have a 5ft snake who needs more than a fresh out the womb mouse. it constantly smells horrible in this store and the fish tanks specifically look disgusting. i will now be driving the 30 minute drive across town to pet land!

I always try and purchase from local fish stores before going to corporate places like petco. First time coming here and the tanks were really dirty , few dead fish in multiple tanks. This place history showed it was once a good place for us hobbyist to goto. Will love to see change and betterment for the hobby and love for it.

I have bought 2 high quality reptiles and several aquatic pets from here. All have been healthy and thriving. I buy feeders here regularly too. I’ve always been pleased with the service I get too.

We’ve shopped here multiple times and have always been pleased except the last two times we’ve been. The tanks in the back were so dirty and unkept. The fish we came to purchase had some type of disease, so we couldn’t. Fish were eating on dead fish. I expected so much more from them with their tank care considering that’s what the literal store is. Employee was great and really nice, other than that the store has gone downhill.
