We were very fortunate to find CAC South when we adopted our first extremely anxious rescued doggo eight years ago. The benefits of No Fear veterinary care for nervous and traumatized animals cannot be overstated. Lina and Dr. Taylor always take time to help our girls settle down and see them as friends and take very creative steps to minimize the invasiveness of exams, all while providing the most dedicated quality of care I’ve ever experienced with veterinary professionals. I can’t imagine being a dog mom without them and CAC South.

The team at both Clarendon Animal Care north and south have been SO incredible in caring for our two cats over the past 2 years. One of them in particular has had a lot of health issues this year, going to numerous appointments at both locations as well as dental extractions at the North location. The office itself has an extremely calming atmosphere and really takes pet comfort into consideration. Dr. McCrory has been so diligent in every single appointment and made us feel so comfortable and apart of the medical decision making process. He is so good with our cats and they love coming to see him. Our toothless cat is thriving now, and it’s really due to Dr. McCrory, the vet technicians, and everyone else on the incredible team who has treated him. Thank you so much♥️ We HIGHLY recommend

We have been clients for years, driving an hour+ so our fear reactive dog could get the medical care he needed. Everyone, from front desk staff to the vets, are exceptional. We have adopted rescues and fostered dogs for decades. Over that time, we’ve worked with many vets, specialists, and practices. This is our favorite vet practice of all. We delayed a relocation so our dog could continue to be treated by them. He has since passed due to age-related cancer of his spleen. If not for this practice, his reactivity would have prevented us from even getting him vaccinated. They worked with us to develop a plan to treat him, adjusting as needed over the years. We are forever grateful for everyone at both Clarendon Vet locations. This is an amazing place staffed with people passionate about pr

Dr. Kerry Skorup and the associates here are wonderful. My male has terrible anxiety and has had his days being in pain with allergy flair ups, but as soon as I ask if he wants to see Dr. Kerry (he is well aware of people by name) he runs to the door and gets impatient if I take too long. The team has collectively adapted to his needs, have done everything they can to narrow down his reason for flair ups and is always so pleasant. My male is not generally good with strangers, but has taken a liking to others here. He has his hesitations, but I feel comfortable knowing he will be okay with any of the ladies that come in the room. He doesn’t just go up to anyone, but is very different here. This is a great place to go for those that need that extra love and attention like my boy does. He nat

We’ve been clients here for over two years, but we’ve decided to leave the practice. Over the last six months, especially, the impact of private equity ownership has become noticeable, and the experience feels much more focused on billing than patient care. Our dog’s anxiety medication refill was delayed, and when I called to check on it, I asked about lowering his dose since he’s been improving with training, and we were already having to half his dosage due to the office's delay. I was initially told it should be fine and that a doctor would confirm, but two days later, I was told I needed to schedule a virtual appointment costing over $100 — without my dog even being evaluated. After 15 minutes of back-and-forth explaining, they ultimately agreed to lower the dose and reassess at our ne
