Review by: Lexi & Shyla (Tiny Patients, Big Personalities) We would like to formally say that while we do not personally enjoy “going to the vet,” if one must attend such appointments, Dr. Hall at City Vet Leon Springs is absolutely the place to do it. From the moment we walk in, the staff knows our names (very important) and greets us like the celebrities we are. There are extra cuddles, gentle voices, and reassuring hugs that make the shots worth it. (well, almost!) Dr. Hall is kind, patient, and explains everything to Momma in a way that makes her feel calm and confident. This is especially important because otherwise she might sit in the parking lot and cry during our procedures. (We appreciate you preventing that, Dr. Hall.) Like I said on Yelp The Folks, here are amazing people caring and patient. I highly recommend Dr. .Hall and staff they went out of their way to do everything they could to help my dogs. They took care of my Australian Shepherd Easton with kid gloves he has really bad arthritis in his hind legs and my German Shepherd has anxiety issues. I was so amazed with the way they tried to accommodate Ace and calm him down.He is very protective over Easton and myself .You will not regret coming to CityVet. I found them on Yelp, I’m so glad that I found the right people to take care of my amazing dogs. We’ve been taking our two sister cats, Sasha and Mia, to Dr. Hall for well over 10 years (even before she joined CityVet) and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with their care. Recently, both girls needed visits just a few days apart for unrelated issues, and once again the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment I called the clinic, Katelyn was so kind, empathetic, and helpful in getting us scheduled quickly. And as always, Dr. Hall took her time with each of our fur babies, explaining everything clearly and showing such genuine compassion. My little girl of 15 years said it was time. My vet is not open on the weekend but these kind folks made time for us on a Saturday with little notice. The room was set up to help families make this final act of love with churrus for the cats like Zuzu and Chocolates for the pups to enjoy for the first time with no fear. I can't say enough about the kindness and compassion of the team and Vet that eased Zuzu on her trip to the rainbow bridge. Thank you for the both of us.

My wife recently wrote a review and I thought I would follow up. Unfortunately our sweet Mia passed suddenly over the weekend. 💔 She was our almost-16-year-old 𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘢𝘸𝘥 kitty, healthy and happy, and then suddenly… she wasn’t. We’re still trying to wrap our heads around it. It was a blood clot which is sudden and final. We had to lay her to rest. As my wife stated Dr. Hall has seen our girls (sisters) since she was at Stone Oak Vet and we drive all the way off 10W because we wouldn’t trust anyone else. We had to break the news today to Dr. Hall and her staff. My wife had already let Dr: Hall know earlier that morning the two cried over the phone. Dr. Hall cares.
