I am disappointed with the lack of clear communication and professionalism. I informed her a month in advance I was looking for availability. She never stated her requirements but requested records. The holidays delayed my response but I followed up after to inform her that an apt was scheduled that day to get his vaccines updated. At no point was I told that a specific vaccine was required or that it needed to be specially requested. As she requires the k9 flu vaccine which is not a routine vaccine. That information was only mentioned afterward, which could have easily been avoided with proper communication. Our golden doodle had a lot of matting in her coat and Cindy gave her an amazing cut. She takes her time and puts a lot of detail and care into her work. Would absolutely recommend her and we will be using her again.
