The young lady at the checkout is someone that you might not want to have to deal with customers. She mumbled when speaking, numerous times I had to ask her to repeat what she said.Her dress and appearance is more like going to a Goth concert. She was dressed in all black, black make up, black nose ring and had the energy of a sloth. Sorry I don’t mean to make this personal but I left the store frustrated. When I got outside of the store I spoke with two other customers and they both brought up the young lady’s appearance and lack of enunciation.

I would say it has a pretty good inventory, and a good supply of things. However, the staff didn't know what they were doing at times. The staff were friendly however tried their best to solve our issue, and that's what mattered.

Wonderful store! All the associates are so friendly and helpful. The store manager is clearly a great leader!

I bought a hose that had a lifetime guarantee and was unable to find the receipt after the hose had failed. I called before bringing the hose to the store and Tyler stated to wrap it up and bring it to the store and we would see what we could do. I wrapped the hose up and sent it to town with my wife. The store made the process so easy that my wife called me AFTER the swap out was done. I figured I would have had to do some talking on the phone when she got there. Thank you for honoring the guarantee on the product and for making the process so easy to do the return.
