They are always very friendly and accommodating. Taking the time to explain and answer any questions I might have no matter how small or silly they may be. They also take their time with my pets I never feel like they are rushing to the next patient and that my animals are just another number. Their prices are very reasonable not cheap but not expensive or outrageous either. A small, old fashioned vet that I feel good in recommending.

Dr. Steeley and his team are absolutely wonderful. They truly care about their patients, and they have been a life saving resource for our complicated chihuahua. We highly recommend this group to anyone with a dog or cat needing acute or ongoing care.

We moved overseas and there was a USDA Health Certificate requirement for our dog. I was super nervous because the timing window required by the country was very narrow. The people at Chilhowee Veterinary Clinic eased my fears and made the process run smooth. They even called to check on us throughout the process. They are solid! Everyone in the office are great! I brought my dog in for her check up, I walked her around the grassy area for the 20 mins it took to be called to come in from the time we arrived, my dog was panting so they gave her a bowl of water which she gulped down. The blonde vet made a big deal that my dog was thirsty and after she was done scolding me, she had the tech come in to also lecture me about being sure my dog is hydrated. I live 1.5 miles from this office, my dog has a 5 gallon automatic watering bowl that never goes empty, she was simply thirsty from hopping and running around for 20 mins. Be careful about giving unnecessary and unsolicited advice that is actually insulting to the customer who pays you because my dog hasnt been back since.
