CHICO PET WORKS AND PET SALON

My dog never had been groomed before and he’s 10 months old Irish golden doodle. The lady that works here did and amazing job with him even though my dog was scared and nervous. He looks like q teddy bear. I’m very happy with what she could do with him.

Took my cat here for a flea dip because we were having a hard time with an infestation. I was there when she was bathing my cat, he wasn't difficult at all because we bath him regularly at home, but she was acting like she was having a hard time with his bath. I brought him in because I didn't want to give him the flea dip myself because I know it can be dangerous for their health if you do it wrong. She brought him out soaking wet and said she didn't do the treatment for the proper amount of time because she was nervous and also that she couldn't dry him!! She had a ton of dogs to get to. They charged me $50 to improperly treat and wash my cat! If the staff are nervous about a service, why is it offered??! Not to mention the staff up front were extremely rude. So I had to bring my soaking

Very helpful and friendly store owner. We got a couple sweet, happy, healthy pet rats. No other per store in Chico has rats, just mice and hamsters. My kids are happy.

Madi is the best!! My little guy is 15 years old and she is so attentive to his needs! I take both my dogs to Madi on a regular basis. They also do drop in nail trimming and they have wash stations to bathe your dogs yourself if so desired. Highly recommend!!
