Navigating the later stages of a senior dog's life can be incredibly emotional, and you made every step feel manageable, thoughtful, and safe. From the beginning, I felt a level of trust and comfort that meant more to me than I can put into words. Had to put our 17 year old Papion to sleep, and the staff here was amazing. Their empathy and caring For us as a family and understanding the connection of having a dog for 17 years of having to put them down is hard. But they were patient, they explained everything to us. And unless they mess up the cremation, this place would be great to go to with your healthy animal or if you have to put one down that you love dearly.

5 stars—my first visit and I was so glad I came here. Dr. Ehlers and the entire staff were incredibly polite, caring, and genuinely helpful. Dr. Ehlers was kind, punctual, and so thorough—he made sure every detail was covered while keeping things calm and reassuring. He was literally hand writing notes, which I appreciated so much. Everyone treated my cat like she mattered, and it felt like they truly cared about getting her the best help. If you’re looking for a vet who actually listens and cares, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Dr Howze was great, as always. Everyone at this clinic, from the front desk to the vet assistants, are always a pleasure to work with. Have been coming to this clinic for over 10 years.

Nice animal hospital but absolutely horrible call back service for medication. Three times now I have left a voicemail on their system (like it says to do when you call) for prescription refill and all three times now they never call me back or fulfill the prescription until I call them and ask them about it two days later. Please do better on this.
