Customer Reviews
NEVER EVER bring an animal here. The staff clearly does not understand animal behavior. My neighbor turned my cat into this place and I unfortunately didn’t find out until a month later (and yes I looked really hard for her with constant monitoring the neighborhood and posting it on Ring, NextDoor, and lost and found pet pages on Facebook). But within the time of me hoping to find my cat, they killed her because she was aggressive. You can ask any one in my neighborhood that she was a sweet cat. Even the guy who turned her in said she was really sweet and CLEARLY SOMEONES PET. Be honest, how would you react if someone stuffed you in a cage barely bigger than yourself and start to poke you with needles? You wouldn’t like it would you? No! Because who would? Cats are know to get aggressive w
I found my soulmate kitty there yesterday. He’s so sweet, cuddly, outgoing, and energetic - exactly what I was looking for when I went there. The wait times were a bit long, but I understand they were busy and understaffed. The adoption process was easy. I was approved in minutes, did my visit, paid the fee, and left the same day with my new kitten.
Adopted my beautiful girl in January, the staff was amazing towards me and my sister . Here’s some pictures of miss nova blu
Went looking for dog. Staff is overworked. Took us a few to get told where to go. Animals runs were clean, dogs seemed well fed and as happy as they could be. Cons: I had to ask how does it work and what proof needed Could adopt sisters You pick dogs you want to see after reading the card on gate but then told after kid 10+, needs to be on the cards. TRUST me, even cons are still ok. I thank everyone who works there!!! Meeting a animal happens in private room , as long as you need to make your mind up with animal, basket with toys and treats for you to use- nice to see is any aggression or energy change and your ability to handle. Go adopt a new friend or volunteer. You can also pay the adoption charges for animals or specific one and each dog has book of their acct.
My wife saw a photo of a Husky on the shelter's website and we went there to see it in person. The staff was great and explained the Huskey was female, 9 years old, and had been there for 15 days. They brought her to one of their visitation rooms and we got to spend time with her. After about 15 minutes we made up our minds and adopted her. The process smooth and easy and before long we were on our way home with our new companion. She is the sweetest dog.
