I cannot recommend CHAI enough. My sweet boy, Hank, hated his previous vet—the setup there stressed him out immensely. At CHAI, he was always greeted enthusiastically and with treats (the way to his heart). They immediately brought us into a room and handled everything there, including checkout, rather than making us wait in a lobby with multiple other pets. That alone made a huge difference for Hank. Hank experienced seizures during the last few months of his life, and the entire team handled him with so much care and compassion. Hank saw both Dr. Katie and Dr. Smith during our time at CHAI, and they somehow mastered the art of being deeply kind and caring while also delivering blunt, hard information when needed. I have taken many of my pets here over the years for regular veterinary care. I have always been more than happy with the care and service we’ve received. I trust that they only want the best for me and my animals, so I won’t be going to another vet anytime soon.

Most vets didn't give my Winston a second glance b4 telling me to put him down this vet took time to go over options in and out of my budget taking care to explain the ins and outs of things we started a treatment first one and he's feeling a bit better. I will forever love this place

Worst veterinarian ever. This veterinarian literally would Not help my kitty unless I gave her up. I had been a caring mom of a chronically ill cat and simply because dr Smith didn't approve of the food I fed her (hard food) she said I wasn't qualified to heal her and keep her. My friend has had a similar experience with this doctor, where they tried to prematurely euthanize his dog, however he brought it do a different that that completely healed it. Stay away. She has a heart of charcoal!

I cannot say enough about this place. We only took our beloved pup Dude here for a few months but they inprint they left was priceless. We wanted a second opinion about what was going on with our pup after taking him to multiple places about his so called shoulder injury. He was very stressed at every vet but at Chai he was excited to go inside. Dr Katie and Rose are angels on earth. Unfortunately Dude had an underlying major issue that would have been hard to find and he passed during a visit at Chai. We were absolutely devastated and while it was one of the worst days of our lives we are so thankful it happened at Chai surrounded by compassionate professionals.
