Our Luna absolutely loves it here! She's now had four surgeries in total at CVH and still is so happy when she gets to go to the vet. That tells me all I need to know about how well they treat their patients! Dr. Naturman, Jude, Hannah, Kiersten and Sarah all have helped make this such a special place to Luna. We are so grateful!

ALL of the vets at this practice are amazing ❤️ From all the care and time that Dr. Naturman put in for my precious Rottweiler who passed earlier this year, to my Pittie who has a slew of issues and then Dr. Hirshan who recently helped diagnose my cat with heart failure. I am at this clinic a lot due to all my animals issues and I feel taken care of with each vet visit.

I have been a client of Chatfield Veterinary Hospital for over 25 years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Today I called because my 5-year-old German Shepherd had a significant gash on his leg and needed to be seen. Instead of receiving support or urgency, I was told that the only way they would see him was if I scheduled and paid for updated vaccines first. I was informed he needed his Bordetella booster before they would even consider seeing him for the injury. When I asked which vaccine specifically, the front desk staff member responded in a rude and dismissive tone. The way I was spoken to during what felt like a stressful situation was unacceptable. To tell a long-standing client that their dog cannot be seen for an injury unless they first book a vaccination

Chatfield Doggie Daycare was initially very helpful when we requested their services. My dog was reactive and they held a trial and were very responsive towards our needs. However, my dog was bit during daycare one day and they did not even notice until he was bleeding. They took him in to get his wound cleaned and said that he was fine. We didn’t realize the extent of his injuries till we picked him up. The staff were very understanding when we expressed our concern and said they’d set up a time for us to chat with the manager. The next day, the manager called us and was completely unrepentant. She lacked any empathy for our situation. When we tried to express our frustration about how this could set our reactive dog back in his trust for other dogs, she basically spouted a general ‘cov
