Charlie's Place LLC

My dog LOVES coming to Charlie’s Place! We have been coming since the day they opened and we love Nichole! Her level of care provided is UNMATCHED. She has really gone above and beyond for us as my work schedule can be crazy. She is so reliable & communicates thru out the day by sending pics and videos of my fur baby. The space is always very very clean, too! As soon we are driving in my street my dog starts doing her happy dance as she realizes where she is going LOL. I cannot say enough great things about her! I never have to worry when I drop my baby off to Charlie’s Place. I know she will come home good and wore out from playing with friends all day. Nichole is a rockstar! Thank you for providing love and care for Chi’Cora as if she were your owe. We appreciate you!

*Edit below* I originally boarded my pets with Nichole because of a family emergency. Now I think I've become a regular. All but one of my pets (cats and a dog) have chronic serious illnesses that require medication and care. I have a cat with asthma who gets an inhaler multiple times a day, a cat with cancer who gets steroids and chemotherapy, a diabetic cat who gets insulin injections, and a dog with a knee injury. Oh, and they're ALL on different foods. I was terrified she would be as overwhelmed as I am, but she managed my kids flawlessly. They look so comfortable and relaxed. The relief I have knowing they're in such good care and are so comfortable. My dog became best friends with some of the other dogs, and my youngest cat became best friends with her cat, so now we are regulars for

Charlie’s place was truly a godsend. Nichole is very communicative and flexible. My dog would wait at the door every morning wanting to head to Charlie’s place. Charlie himself is a wonderful and sweet pup who quickly assumed big brother role with my little one. We had to move out of state and we miss it terribly. Nichole is a very sweet and caring individual. Any medical or training advice I need I go to Nichole. She loves those dogs like her own. She even threw my dog a birthday party with healthy, homemade dog cakes!! Also, the space is impeccable. I’ve been to other daycares that smell and are generally gross. Charlie’s place is well taken care of. If ever back in Virginia Beach I’d definitely go there.

Charlies Place is the best place for our puppy Baxter (9mos). He absolutely loves it there. Some days it's hard to get him to come home (LOL). Nicole is so very lovable and knowledgeable who cares for all types of pets. Baxter will be a permanent fixture to Charlies Place as long as we are welcomed.

Nichole has watched my pets numerous times. Her veterinary background is a plus! She is always making sure to send pictures and gives me consistent updates when my pets are in her care. Highly recommend daycare and boarding your pets with her.
