We can’t thank Dr. Tracy (critical care) , Dr. Renner (Oncologist) Dr. Rawdon (emergency) Dr. Liebert (overnight care), Dr. Tynan (critical care) and the rest of the staff at Charleston Veterinary Referral Center enough for the amazing care they provided our Jax Teller over the last 4 days. Without them he wouldn’t be back home with us now resting comfortably. Jax has been through so much the last month and half. From starting with a UTI in December , to needing emergency surgery in January to have his spleen removed, to being told he had discospondylitis to now knowing he has a large tumor surrounding his vertebrae. Thank you for finally getting us answers to what is going on with our Jax Teller!

I had to take my "Lady" to the Charleston Vet Referral Clinic because all other vets were closed. I believe she has a UTI. Wow, talk about professional, caring, clean, and amazing service. I love this place, enough room for seating and open 24 hours.

Made the 2.5 hour drive to see a cardiologist and neurologist for our Pomeranian. Well worth the drive. Kind and courteous front desk service from Ashley. E.R. veterinarian had to be seen first. His assessment of meds and continued rest for the herniated discs was a relief! No surgery for now. Heard rave reviews of the cardiologist from other clients so we know we are in good hands.

Had a health issue with my dog that my Vet could not handle, so took her to Charleston Veterinary Referral where they were very professional and capable. They are open 24-7 and can handle emergency tramas.

My 15 year old chihauhau mix woke up stumbling and disoriented day after Christmas. Regular vets were either closed or could not see him, but recommended this place. It was a bit of a drive for me as a senior in the rain, but necessary and worth the peace of mind they gave me. Dr. Aiken was great and I appreciate her conservative approach to treatment first with a couple meds and not a barage of tests. The wait wasn't too long and staff great ...the tech assisted me in getting my dog to the car. I was in so much arthritis pain and stressed, and another dog at home alone. I felt much better going home. My dog is doing great a few days later . I would definitely use this place again if I had another pet emergency. Thank you CVRC!
