Chapin Pup Club

We cannot say enough good things about this place. From the moment they opened, they have gone above and beyond for us and our dogs. The staff is incredibly kind, accommodating, and truly cares about each dog like they’re their own. They always work with our requests and consistently make everything as convenient as possible for us. Our dogs have a ton of energy, and they never hesitate to give them extra playtime to make sure they’re happy and worn out — which means the world to us. We’ve already used them for 8+ stays, and we have at least 4 more visits booked, which says everything about how much we trust them. Their pricing is also fantastic and very fair. We previously took our dogs somewhere that charged extra simply because our dogs are unaltered, and it’s been such a relief to find

My 2 pups just had their first boarding experience at Chapin Pup Club! They enjoyed themselves so much. It was wonderful for me to see photos of them in the Chapin Pup Club app. Aly is such a patient animal lover and really made sure to consider the safety of all of the dogs in her care. The facility is so clean and designed beautifully. Location is great and is secure & surrounded by nature. Pricing is excellent. Highly Recommend!! *****

We wanted to thank Chapin Pup Club for the wonderful care our Sir Alfred and Maximilian received while we were on vacation. We received pictures twice a day and the boys were happy and healthy when we picked them up! We will definitely return. Thanks again

We absolutely love Chapin Pup Club! Our dog Joe gets so excited when we tell him he’s going to “camp”—by the time we pull into the parking lot, it’s all we can do to hold him back. He has the best time playing with the other dogs and always comes home happily exhausted (he usually sleeps for a couple of days afterward!). The staff is truly fantastic. They post photos multiple times a day, which is such a comfort when we’re away, and they always answer my questions quickly. I also really appreciate that they call if they ever have any concerns. It’s clear they genuinely care about the dogs. Chapin Pup Club has become Joe’s home-away-from-home, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he receives. 10/10 highly recommend!

Our dog Fannie loves coming to Chapin Pup Club for daycare and boarding. The staff is excited to see her and provides lots of interactions during the day. She has opportunities to play with a variety of dogs. The facilities have large inside and outside spaces for all types of weather. They include pools and an assortment of ramps and toys. All spaces are very well maintained. We love the photos we receive while Fannie is at daycare. Thanks for providing this great facility to the Chapin Community.
