These guys took great care of our doggo! He was fed well and treated with love! This was our first time away and leaving him with a kenneling lodge. He really liked being there and we could tell. Great place; pricing is very reasonable and lots of room to exercise! Thank you and we will bring him back ☺️

Jeff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me and my family! We were traveling from Texas heading to Florida and needed boarding last minute. He didn’t just say no and turn us away even though he didn’t have a room, he said I’m going to make room! Cliché, I know but it truly wasn’t this time! Jeff made room for us & we are truly thankful for that! He even sang with my daughter when she heard one of her favorite songs playing on the radio! Jeff was very patient with us registering Bentley, getting shot records from Texas and everything! 4 days later we are picking up our little boy happy and ready to go & Chapin Pet Lodge you all have earned customers for life!! The catery is very clean and offers accommodations with a screened outdoor area. JJ always does well at Chapin Pet Lodge. Definitely worth the 45minute drive to know he is safe and happy.

We have been customers of Chapin Pet Lodge for many years, and they have always been great for our dogs. Chapin Pet Lodge is not a Hilton Resort for pets. There will be no mints on pillows here. It is a reliable, safe place that provides room and board and larger runs and walks as needed for active breeds. We appreciate what they do at the Lodge--providing reasonably priced accomodations for pets while owners are away. Thanks for all that you do!
