Seems to be a hard working ethical small business. I worked with them over ten years ago and didn't have an major complaints. The new owner seems to have taken things up to the next level though and I am really happy with them. I hope to order from them a lot more often.

I ordered a pump through Amazon. It did not work with what I needed and returned the product in excellent condition. Paid $187.99 plus tax. Charged $178.59 restocking fee. I guess their workers get paid well for restocking items. Glad to hear it. If you hope to get a refund you should probably just keep the item. Had I known I was getting next to nothing I would have kept it and not allowed them to resell it.
