They have a decent inventory but it seems to be almost exclusively for dogs and cats and it looks more like luxury/boutique brands. They do have four locations in the Lehigh Valley and they are family-owned. For some reason they also sell men’s/women’s footwear (at least online). It seems like they also have pet grooming which is always good! The staff was really nice. We got a toy here that our cat basically destroyed two weeks later. It seemed like it would stand the test of time but our cat isn’t that vicious lol.

Every single time I’ve been to chaar has been amazing! They give free samples for dog food and they listen to what you say about your dog and they know their stuff. They’re super kind, they remember your puppy, the grooming is well worth the price, and they are consistently the nicest people. They walk around and talk about different options for food and toys and treats, not only the most expensive, and they really show they care. I live two hours away from them but it’s always worth the drive to this location!

I've been going here and liking it for about a year, but my experience this morning prompted me to write a review. Both women working were so friendly, and after i mentioned in passing my dog having a chicken allergy, one of them started checking the ingredients for chicken with me and managed to spot it in a list that i didn't -- that was above and beyond my expectations, and kept my pup from getting sick due to my own observational blunder! I wish i had gotten their names, because they were both really helpful. They have a bathing station with blow dryer as well, which i used for both my dogs at once and had a good experience with. Been really happy with all my interactions there.

Very cute store. Had just we needed wood shelves for our chinchillas rhat chew everything.

Took Brandy here recently and was so pleased the way they bathed and trimmed her up. They didn’t take too much off and left her looking clean fresh and well pampered. Would definitely recommend. She got compliments all weekend. The girls were so polite and friendly as well. Thank you. !
