Such a joke! Yes we were 15 minutes late to our appointment but the Dr was so incredibly rude. Not just rude about us being late, he was rude the entire time. Actually said “look at me when you are talking to me” to my husband. Hardly even looked our dog over! We told her that she’s been having hip issues and that she is in pain. That she has a hard time jumping up and down from our couch and bed. His response was “she seems to be getting around just fine to me” and when we told him “No she is not fine” without putting hands on her other than to weigh her (which she wailed in pain) he said he would charge us $300 for an xray or we could pay $50 for some pills. Since he’s cash only… which seems suspicious, we left feeling helpless. The fact there are so many good reviews for this place is

Brought my dog here a few years ago one time and did not return because the rooms were unclean. Out of desperation, due to all other vets being completely booked, I tried to bring my cat in and the staff was very rude and inconsiderate. Considering the emotional attachments people with their pets, I expected better from an establishment you're supposed to trust with their health.

He is very reasonable in price, quick to have your pet done in a timely manner, and as far as I can tell, the job is done right! I read some of the reviews from people on here, and I saw that they had very positive social experiences with him.. this, however, is not the case most of the time when I bring my animals in. He is sometimes condescending when speaking with me. If he starts treating me nicer when I go in there, I'll make it a 5* review! Edit: I just decided to give him 5* just because he has excellent prices for what he does! He earned it!

Dr Mahmoud is a very caring Vet. He loves the animals and is very reasonable. He takes cash or a check with a guarantee card. He doesn’t do small talk but his priority his in helping your animal which is more important to me . Highly recommended making an appointment. He uses the old fashioned paper and no computers so you will not be spammed with all the usual services that you get with the bigger veterinary practices

Poor service, and very rude, had two appointments set up to get my dogs spayed, they accidentally got fed the day of one of the surgeries so I called and canceled the one appointment over voice mail, never heard anything back, so I took my one dog in for our "appointment" today, and was treated very poorly and was told I didn't call to cancel my one appointment so the vet canceled the second appointment without telling me, and refused to reschedule a new appointment telling me "I wouldn't show up for it anyways" so refused to reschedule a new appointment, I'm sorry but no amount of a discounted surgery is worth being treated like crap, and not understanding that things happen is worth it. Never take your pet here. I will never even recommend this vet to anyone.
