Central Park Pet Spa

I’m not one to leave reviews but Central Park Pet Spa has been the only place that gives me peace of mind when I drop my fur baby off. When I moved to the area, I tried about 5 other places and none were able to provide the results, attentiveness and care CPPS has. Price is what it is, you live in an expensive area, things won't be cheap. You get what you pay for! QUALITY CARE FOR YOUR FAMILY! Shout out to the owner, she's the sweetest!

We had been bringing our dog here for grooming services for 2 years and everything was great until our last visit. We noticed a very deep laceration under the neck of our pup 2 days after we left the groomers. As you can see from the photos it's pretty obvious that it was a clipper that did this, not to mention there was a bald spot of hair to go with it. Not only did the owners NOT mention it, and we had to confront them about it, but when we did they even tried to deny it and blame it on his collar which he's been wearing for over 5 years. We had to wait over 3 days for a refund and the owner never called to address the issue or apologize. They had an employee do their dirty work. My dog needed a good bath after a rainy day visiting NYC. Central Park Dog Spa was easy to book, fast, and they left her sparkling clean. She was happy when I picked her up and it was a nice surprise to see her nails trimmed. Thank you for looking so well after my pup ♥️

I always go to Central Park Pet Spa because I love the quality of their service. Every time they give me back my kitten she seems more and more beautiful and I feel calm when I leave her with them, because I trust them! They are always very professional and attentive to animal care. While I'm away, they always send me photos and videos of my cat while she is getting groomed. I like this because they keep me updated on how my cat is doing. Great place!!!
