I can’t believe Central Jersey Animal Hospital has been around since 2018 and I’m only just discovering them now. From my very first visit, I knew I had finally found the right veterinary practice for my dog. Dr. Samuel Gabriel and Dr. Jeremiah Gabriel (twin doctors!) are exceptional. They take their time during appointments, are extremely thorough, and never make you feel rushed. They explain everything in clear, understandable terms and truly include pet parents in every step of the decision-making process. Every question I ask is answered with knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely wise advice. After dealing with a previous veterinarian who had a very lackadaisical attitude toward my pets care, the difference here is night and day. With the Drs. Gabriel, I feel the exact opposite—my

Dr. Sam Gabriel and his staff saved our dog Jimmy’s life. We had been under the care of another vet and Jimmy had recently been diagnosed with diabetes and he presented with elevated labs indicating pancreatitis. However the vet we were using dismissed t the pancreatitis and focused on the diabetes and potential illness of Cushing disease. Fast forward to 4 weeks of visits at this vet Jimmy was deteriorating weak, weight loss no appetite he was dying. I took him to see Dr. Gabriel he and his staff got to work to stabilize Jimmy. Do I grams, ruled out Cushing disease and treated him fur pancreatitis. Jimmy rallied and then stopped we brought him back as he had a raw complication from diabetes called Euglycemic Diabetes Ketoacidosis. Dr. Gabriel had never seen this before but knew Jimmy nee

The greatest indicator of a good vet is how they interact with your dog. I brought my puppy to Central Jersey Animal Hospital because it was the vet associated with the breeder. The doctor has absolutely no personality, nor do the techs. How do you not be happy when you see a little tail wagging in a 9-week-old lab? They tested her for parasites, and the test came back negative. I brought her to my vet shortly thereafter for my own peace of mind, and her parasite test came back positive. Not only that, my own vet was lying on the floor giving the puppy love and getting to know her. You will not get this at Central Jersey. I recommend finding a different vet.

The veterinarian and staff are very caring and friendly. One Sunday morning my puppy was sick. Central Jersey Animal Hospital was one of the very few in the area that is open on a Sunday. They are also one of the very few with an ultrasound. If I had to wait until Monday, I believe my puppy may not have survived. The vet also answers e-mails very quickly if there are any questions. They are also very accommodating with the billing and not taking advantage of situations just for the sake of making money because they care about the wellbeing of a pet. There have been recent renovations at the facility, and it looks very fresh and clean. I highly recommend Central Jersey Animal Hospital.

They are truly the best! They care about your pet—your family member—just as much as you do. We drive an hour just to take our dog to see them because we trust them that much. My dog, Bambam, had surgery, dental cleaning, annual shots, and other treatments here, and we never had a single issue. They’re professional, gentle, and incredibly attentive. In emergencies, they return your calls within minutes, which brings so much peace of mind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a veterinary team that genuinely cares!
