Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies - Corporate Office

I loved Centinela when I first started shopping with them, some years back. I frequented the Fullerton location and always has a pleasant experience. I then moved to auto-ship due to a busy schedule which worked for awhile. Over the past year or so their auto-ship and same day delivery has become really unreliable. My orders would take 1-2 days to arrive even though we had same day delivery. The most recent auto-ship incident never even arrived after 4 days of calling and emailing. Don't even bother trying to call the 310 number because it's only a voicemail and no one ever bothers to call back. I called twice regarding our last auto-ship fiasco and not 1 person bothered to call me back. I also emailed, twice, and no response. The lack of customer service has unfortunately led me to cancel

Been having issues with one of your locations regarding the bag loyalty program. Staff along with managers seem to not know what to do and have been taking down our info to call us back. Surprise they never call us back. Can someone please get into contact with me regarding a complaint. It’s been over 3 weeks and no resolution.

Just had the worst experience at Encino Centinela; a young man named Jacob was the rudest most insolent person...I have been going to this store for many years and have never encountered such bad behavior from a Centinela store employee before.

Does anyone work here? It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. Accounting? Straight to voicemail. Human Resources? Straight to voicemail. Receptionist? Straight to voicemail. Have someone’s direct extension? Straight to voicemail. Good work👏🏽👏🏽 I am not contacting as a customer. Current/former employees should not have to message a generic email to get in touch with Human Resources. Ridiculous.

really mean people they don't help you at all and I had a complain about the food I bought for my dog because it was open from the bottom and it had fungus. they just told me that this was my issue because they would never sell me something like that, but the fungus doesn't grow in 2 days(which is the time i notice it after buying it)so it was open and wet from the inside.
