Cats & Critters Veterinary Hospital

We’ve been taking our Lionhead bunny Twinkie to see Dr. Hach at Cats & Critters for years. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her, the techs and the front desk staff. They are kind, patient, and compassionate and always have our bunny’s best interests at heart. We had to make the very painful decision to put him down recently and the time Dr. Hach and Sol spent with me was beyond generous. Thank you for all you do for us and our furry friends!

I had such a positive experience with Dr. Gimmy and her vet tech, Sol. Both were incredibly thorough, informative, and truly took their time with my cat. Dr. Gimmy spent ample time going over treatment options and reviewing previous vet files, putting myself and my cat at ease. The office is spotless and up to date. You can truly see that both love what they do!

Rescued a cat off the street, I needed him to be checked out before he intermingled with my present cat (who also goes to this vet hospital and gets great care) they took me in the same day and were very sweet And caring with him! Very grateful for their attention and swiftness with care!

This experience sealed the deal with me leaving a review here. Someone thought of the creative idea to put one of my ferrets in the bag I brought with them (for the record, it was very funny). I didn’t leave their carrier with them and they plopped him right on top of his bedding in the bag and zipped it up. What a funny surprise! He was apparently surprisingly content in there too lol. Every experience I’ve had here has been great. The front of house is always very friendly, the techs are nice and can answer most of my questions, and Dr Hach has always been very thorough with my furry kiddos. Very happy at this vets office!

I’ve taken all of my rabbits to see Dr Hach over the last 16 years. Recently, I adopted a beautiful cat and took her for a well check. Dr Hach identified something abnormal, and presented me with options and the necessary information to make the best decision. She always takes the time to answer my questions, and there’s usually a lot! We got my cat in for surgery a few days later. I cannot say enough wonderful things about how compassionate and kind Dr Hach and all of the staff is. My cat is recovering well, and I’m so thankful for the top notch care all of my animals receive /have received here.
