I use them to choose, purchase and install carpet in our apartment during our major renovation. In the store they were extremely helpful, tried to match us with the carpet we were looking for, even though my wife and I didn’t really have any idea what we wanted before walking in. They worked with our schedule and the contractor’s schedule. They were affordable and the finished product was wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience. I bought a huge 12 ft x 20 ft bolt of pure wool loop carpet ,had it cut , hemmed and delivered. Terrific all around. Also bought some very reasonable area rugs, already with finished edges. Robert can be gruff, but is a total pro And everything turned out just like he promised.

I have been using Carpet Factory Outlet for 18 years. I redo my wall to wall and my area rugs every few years. I have also done two office spaces with them. I cannot say enough good things! Great opportunity to save on high quality pieces, a great thing to do for the environment, and excellent professional service every time.

Buying carpet with them was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I bought five carpets for almost $2000 including $300 to have the carpets cut to fit in my rooms. The carpets took too much time to be ready. The carpet delivery took too much time. But, the most dissatisfying part of the entire purchasing process was the fact that I was treated like dirt. I was harassed by someone from the store when I shared my issues by phone. The worker who took my original order, was not appropriately masked. And if you look at Yelp you will see that they prefer man-explaining over customer service. I would give them a zero.

I went to the Carpet Factory Outlet this morning to get a rug for my creaky apartment floors. Was in and out in 20 minutes- super helpful staff that assisted me in finding exactly what I need. Great prices as well and happy that I'm able to support a local business!
