Carpet Depot of Upland

Carpet depot did a sensational Job on my two story house........they did all my rooms, hall, Kitchen and stairs. They have a great variety of floors to choose from, (Wooden and tiles), plus with the advise of Javier my house looks so beautiful, he recommended me options that really goes with my house..... the best part was that the price wasn't high at all, they gave me a good deal. I like the fact that they have a great staff, all friendly and always on time.... Thanks Carpet depot for a phenomenal job... I really recommend Carpet depot to all my friends and family. :)

Carpet Depot in Upland is top notch from start to finish. I explained to Kimberly at the shop that my mother's house had a water leak and termite damage that just ruined her laminate plank flooring downstairs. When they came to the house to measure, they brought my mom samples of flooring that was recycled PVC and looked like wood planks. It was perfect for her because it is water proof and termites won’t eat through it, which she was very afraid of. They workers did such a great job! They worked super fast and efficiently. They cleaned up when they were done. They were very polite to my mother. The floor is beautiful! When my mom is ready to carpet her stairs and all the upstairs bedrooms, she is going back to Carpet Depot.

My home living room floors are incredible now that Carpet Depot worked their magic. They had many options of flooring to choose from and the prices were reasonable. The installers were very professional and friendly. I will definitely use them for any of my future projects. Thank you Carpet Depot!

Carpet depot did a awesome job in my house. Like my new laminate and tile flooring. Recommend anyone that is going to get there floors done to come here.. they nice and friendly sales people as well as there installers.

Negative stars if possible. These people are crooks and owe us a couple thousand dollars. The owner of the store (Felix) took our product and handed our company a check that bounced and they are now ignoring our calls. We sent out the sales rep for that store to try reasoning with them and they still refuse to pay. Please be careful when working with them! They will take payment from their customers (end-users), take product from floor distributors, install it in the homes and never give the distributor their money for product! If they were transparent about not having the money to pay, or money troubles we would have worked out a payment plan with them as a courtesy, but they have pocketed the money completely. They definitely burned the bridge and we hope this helps other distributors
