Carpet and Blinds Center

Carpet & Blinds Center follow-up support is abysmal. The kitchen flooring they installed is coming apart. The company's representative, Alex, viewed and took photos of the affected area June 3, and said he would send an inspector to make a determination. After that, no response from Alex. I've made several calls to the company in the past month and sent additional photos of the flooring and was told that a response was pending, and "it could take up to 1 to 2 months to get a response." The company is quick to take your money and slow to address the issue. I would not recommend them to anyone

Carpet and Tile did an excellent job replacing the carpeting in my entire house except kitchen and bathrooms. Edwardo and his team did an amazing job of moving furniture and bedding and reassembling everything. The installation was on time and the work was meticulously done. Kelly was awesome to work with. She kept me updated on the installation time and was very professional and kind. I would gladly recommend this company.

Carpet and Blinds Center are a truly professional company that puts customers and their best interests first. Everyone from Kelly (who works in the main office) to Alex (who comes to your house and does the estimating) to the outstanding worker that installs your flooring. I’ve used them three times so far and plan on using them again in the future. I am truly pleased with them. Their workmanship is beyond compare. Can’t ask for better. Thank you, Joe Proce

Do not trust this company, I ordered carpets for my stairs , had only a morning to have it installed. The owner assure me it would be done, paid a $200 deposit. On the day they were supposed to installed the carpet, i waited several hours, no news no phone call to alert me of any delay, Called their office, the secretary, said Oh they are just around the corner, typical answer to make you wait...! I had guest arriving, so i cancelled the order there and then. Next day i returned to the shop asking for my deposit back, the owner refused to pay back, using an excuse that he had to pay his men. Be careful of unscrupulous people promising the moon just to get your business and running away with your money.

Carpet and Blinds Center did a superb job on our kitchen backsplash. The contractor was very professional and thorough in his work. I recommend them without reservation.
