Carnivore Meat Company, LLC

Over a period of six months, I have called and emailed several times to open a business account with them. I wanted them to manufacture our all-meat dog food, but they have never gotten back to me after repeated contact attempts.

I reached out to Carnivore Meat Co. regarding wholesale and private label opportunities. After calling multiple times and struggling just to reach someone, I finally connected with a representative. Looking back, I should have taken that initial lack of responsiveness as a sign of what was to come. When I did get a reply, instead of providing the pricing information I had requested, I was asked to explain how I planned to sell a certain dollar amount within a year — and given a deadline to respond. It left me feeling more like I was applying for a job with them rather than exploring a potential partnership. The tone came across as dismissive and condescending, which was disheartening as a small business genuinely interested in working with them. I did email back, but never heard anything

Carnivore Meat Company, LLC has Horrible customer service. I WAS interested in possibly purchasing product from them to use in my own business BUT I have been trying to contact this company for almost 2 weeks. I have called MANY times and each time I could only get the automated system. I have left several messages and to date have received zero replies. I have also left several emails and have also received zero replies to those as well. If this is the way they treat potential customers I would HATE to see what would happen after they got my money.

Very professional sales team. Excellent mechines, and really state of the art plant. A+ all the way. My animals and everyone that I know of who feeds this to there pets love it!

My dog, Loki, loves the freeze dried beef bites. Need to find another store so we can buy them as Costco no longer has them. Ugh
