This was the most pleasant vet visit I have ever experienced. Dr. Good was amazing! She examined my cats eyes and showed real concern for her. I previously saw a vet a month before about the same condition and was prescribed antibiotics. The vet over there didnt even look into my cats eys, she seemed to be looking for other reasons to add to the bill. When I took her to see Dr. Good. She told me to stop the antibiotics, because of the length of time I used it. She explained she could get resistant to them. She told me to use a saline solution because we suspect that it's allergies and instead of trying to gouge me and tack on all these charges for her. She gave me solutions to try first before going further into medical diagnostic. I have had animals all my life and it is rare to find a v

Dr. Goode is amazing. She was so patient with my big guy and made him feel comfortable. He doesn’t like his paws touched and she got it done! Vet techs are awesome and just overall a great experience.

I am visiting from upstate New York. My Service Dog was showing some signs of an ear infection. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day, and they were able to look them over and make sure everything was OK! Everything was great from the moment we walked in. From the greetings, to the tech getting us ready for our appointment, and the Dr. was wonderful!

I'm a first-time dog owner and they were incredibly helpful in answering all my new pet parent concerns about my rescue dog. They are conveniently located in the heart of Carlsbad village with their own parking lot, making visits super easy. A little on the pricier side from what I've seen from competitors but worth it for the quality of care IMO.

I can’t say enough about my experience with Dr. Runyon and her staff. They were warm and welcoming to both me and my dog, who is always nervous at the vet. Everyone was very knowledgeable, gentle and helpful throughout the visit and I am so happy to have found them to help with my dog’s needs when we visit Carlsbad.
