CareVet of Shoreline

We had our first appointment there today. The space is so modern and very clean! Lots of natural lighting and very comfortable place. The woman at the from desk was friendly and made check in a breeze. Our rescue is from TX and the tech made sure to listen to my concerns and answer any questions. I had my daughter with me (4) and they were very accommodating to her and very pleasant. I am happy so far and I hope to be long term patients. Congratulations on a beautiful space

I cannot say enough amazing things about CareVet of Shoreline. They truly went above and beyond for our golden retriever, Banjo, when he ate some raisins and needed to be seen on an emergency basis. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was compassionate, attentive, and incredibly reassuring during a very stressful situation. Dr. Albino took exceptional care of Banjo, went above and beyond and made sure we understood everything that was happening every step of the way. Blair and Caroline were so kind and gentle as vet techs, and you could tell they genuinely cared about Banjo’s comfort and wellbeing. Amanda, the manager, was incredibly accommodating, and Hannah and Robin at the front desk were so helpful and welcoming. Every single person we interacted with made us feel supported

Dr Lang and the entire staff have treated us like a long time client even though we are just here for the summer. They have gone out of their way to accommodate us when appointments were tight. He takes the time to explain everything in detail so we understand. Most recently during the move to another location the entire staff stopped what they were doing to get our results from testing and gave us the much needed antibiotics instead of waiting life the office to reopen in 5 days. If we move back to Connecticut we will certainly have Shoreline be our vet for our French Bull Dog’s.

Care Vet consistently provides exceptional help when caring for my dogs, they are always detailed and go over everything they find, give options if its something out of the oridinary and answer any questions I have. The lobby and exam rooms are always clean. Wide range of services offered and really appreciate the multiple ways you can schedule, phone text or through their app. They also have a rewards program as well so you can earn points towards discounts on future visits or their store.

The most compassionate veterinarian group we have ever used. Their facility and services offered are modern and better than some hospitals. We needed an ultrasound and they graciously agreed to see our boy, even we were not their patient. They assisted us in getting our pup into the hospital. The staff followed up with ourselves and the hospital several times. They sent condolences when the outcome was not what we hoped for. We have now switched to making them our primary vet for all of our animals. They are farther away than our previous vet of. over 20 years but worth the travel. We can never truly express how grateful we are for all the advice and care they gave to us as we all tried to save our pup.
