Captain Kitt's Cat Boarding

Whenever I need Val and her team at Capt Kitts to care for my Fendi, they always make room for us. I've had many long trips and returned to pick up my little Fendi, who has always been well taken care of. A big plus is that I request and receive videos so I can see my cat doing well while I'm away, and this means a lot to me. Their exceptional communication and care keep me coming back. Highly recommend!

I had to board my cat Mila for a month and I’ve never boarded her before. Even though I was nervous I couldn’t have had a better experience. I knew Mila was safe, happy and taken care of and after picking her up today I’m sure I’ll return to Captain Kitt’s if I ever need to board her again. They were very accommodating and helpful, providing updates every time I asked.

Our cat Kobe spends a lot of time at Captain Kitt’s. Every time we go away on either a short or long vacation, he spends his vacation with Val and her staff. I would not even consider another facility for him. He is treated like the king that he is! The facility is pleasant, immaculate, and well organized. His most recent stay was to be one week as I recuperated from surgery, but I soon realized, that he needed to stay longer. I called Val, and she was able to accommodate him for an additional week. I never worry when he spends time At Capt. Kitt’s.

This place is on a level all its own. I have boarded cats for my whole long life and this is the first place that was exceptional in every respect. I have a somewhat difficult (shy!) cat who boarded for 11 days and had to eeturn to a new home full of movers. Capt Kitts treated her with kindness and care, shared reassuring videos and returned her in a calm, contented state. Anytime I need to board her again, this will be the spot. Grateful!

Instructions, requirements, obligations, all made very clear, in writing. Drop off and pickup were perfect. Interactions with owner and staff were friendly and professional. It is clear that they really care about your cats the way you do. We received a couple of videos showing our two cats in their spacious quarters! 😻 A nice touch was the report card our cats got at the end of their stay.
