Very clean and convenient! I love the gate around the tub, and all of the features the machine offers— everything was very straight forward and overall easy to use.The card reader did work just fine, so I don’t see the hassle about it. I brought my large dog in for a wash, now he’s clean and soft ☺️

Positives, very clean, two station, self dog wash. Instructions are straightforward. $14 gives you a set amount of minutes to wash and dry your dog. Understandably no towels are provided because it is not a manned facility but that definitely adds to drying time. This worked out beautifully for our small, short-haired dog, however our medium size, longer hair dog took longer and there was not enough time. When my husband tried to add additional dollars to the machine, the machine would not take them and his time ran out so to complete the wash of our second dog he had to pay another $14. That was disappointing and put a sour note on what otherwise would have been a good experience.

Very easy place to get your dog clean after being on the beach. Only two stalls though but it still is great..

Absolutely fantastic place, love the gated off tubs. Super easy to use, very easy for my older dog to get into. We will be back!!
