Don’t bring your fur baby here! Horrible customer service, grooming looks awful! They don’t call when dog is done and think it’s okay to keep peoples animals locked up all night because they couldn’t bother to call before closing to pick up said dog. Even after the owners come in before closing and told they can’t wait inside and the dog wasn’t finished. 25 mins later everyone is gone doors are locked due baby locked up the rest of the night! No food, or potty breaks!! Stop playing with peoples animals!

This place did my Ozzy wrong. I took him in for grooming . When I took him at 1:30 he still didn't have him ready by 5:15. So I waited I was texting him if my Ozzy was ready and he wouldn't text back. So I said ok I know he is busy so I waited and nothing so my husband went to go check on him they were Closed. I went into shock my poor baby he is only 5 months. I called the police cause I could hear my Ozzy crying so I started crying . They had left my baby locked in there. The police checked and we were calling the owner of the place and he would not answer or text back. I had to go home crying. When I went in the Morning to get my Ozzy the Guy just said I called but nobody answered. That's a lie cause he never called me.. And he said that he had to leave. But I told him you could hav

pet parents like to be entitled and gang up on salons with so much lack of knowledge. The lady said she was only gone for 25 minutes and the dog "ozzy" was not even bathed yet. for reference, a bath, dry, ears, nails and full groom will take bare minimum an hour. then you have end of day duties to clean the salon, they may even have to go over the register here. for there to be time for the groom to be complete, shop cleaned up and not only closed, but groomer has already left? she was not gone for just 25 minutes. that's a very good 1.5-2.5 hours she did not pick up her dog. not sure what happened to "you can't believe everything you see on social media" (especially in the grooming industry) but it's sad to see grown adults harassing a business they've never went to, all based on one pers

I have been taking my dog to Cani’s for almost a year now and I’m really happy with the experience. The owner is friendly and patient, and my dog came out looking (and smelling!) great. You can tell they really care about the pets they work with. Definitely planning to come back for the next grooming appointment!

Do not bring your dog here. When my wife went to pick up our little Luna she saw the groomer slap our little girl because she was moving too much. Beware; these people are mean and they don't have the patience to do their job. They could've just called and told us that they were not able to groom our dog and we'd pick her up. Our dog is a small Yorkie 18lbs. and 15 years old.
