The products are cute and the one lady was so friendly picking out a sweater for my dog. When I needed to return it because it didn’t fit properly 5 minutes later the man behind the counter was super cold and rude and their tone changed completely when I went from a paying customer to someone requesting a return. I love supporting local business when they are friendly and appreciative. I Will not be back

Came here with my pup to surprise him with a new toy, and was actually willing to pay the heinously marked-up price to see my dog happy. He’s worth it. What was bewilderingly unprofessional was the attitude of the man working the register, I assume an owner. He did not acknowledge my presence whatsoever, mumbled the price after I asked, and absolutely no eye contact nor hello/goodbye. If you’re reading this, the Daytona on your wrist doesn’t impress me. It’s like a toddler in a tux. Your lack of class and care for customers reeks of arrogance.

One of the main women who works the front desk is consistently rude and unprofessional. Does not care enough about her customers. Recommend looking for alternatives.

A very upscale, uppaw maybe? Service was very good. Attentive as soon as I walked in. Stopped by to pick up some treats and a gift for my pups 7th birthday. A good selection of USA made natural treats. Lots of clothing for your dogs too.

I am writing this review because the people that work in this store are truly wonderful. I just witnessed a white woman yelling at several employees because the color the the doggy sweater she was looking for was the incorrect (in her words, “ugly”) shade of green. She demanded the store pay for her $20 cab because she was sent from another store that didn’t have the color she wanted in stock to this one presumably because someone told her they had it in stock. The employees were so gracious and apologetic and informed her that they didn’t not have the color and size she wanted. She repeatedly told them to “go look again! Did anyone actually look!?” “I took a $20 cab here so someone should pay for my cab. So ur just saying ‘screw the customer’? I need to speak to the manager!” She was one
