This shop is a great place to checkout for parrots and exotic fish. Lots of their parrots are hand fed making them excellent companion birds that are easier to hand tame. Their keepers care for them well, feeding them fresh and well rounded crop raising very healthy birds. This shop is the only local store with exotic fish you can not find anywhere else. Their fishkeeper has a plethora of knowledge. 100% a great place to check out! 🤌❤️

Great place to buy pet supplies and pets! You can also take your pets for other services, for example ultra sound for pregnant dogs! Rodrigo does a great job taking care of our little fur baby, there is a lot of new exotic pets for sale as well as exotic fishes and sea life (my kids love coming here). This place is amazing! I highly recommend this place! A+

I went here a couple of times, when it came to trying to do test on my dogs. The owners would make me wait about 1 hour to get it done, then I kept getting told by the owner that my dog needed certain vitamins/meds and that if I took him to the vet, the vet wouldn't know and he knew. So I gave in a bought all these meds spending a lot of money, lastly when I ended up taking him to the vet. My dog needed surgery and the owner turned out to be wrong. They will sweet talk you into buying something and at the end of the day they have no idea what they are talking about. They just want to make the sale! Trust me, first hand, I trusted them and then realized it after a couple hundreds spent at their store.

This is a hidden gem of a pet store. We only went here to get reptile food because they are open later than any pet store on a Sunday, I was amazed at all the different reptiles, birds and fish they have available. All very healthy and well taken care of. Great customer service and advice on your pets. We will definitely be returning.

ID RATE 0 IF I COULD!! Purchased a blue phantom pleco from this "shop" and it died ON MY WAY HOME! By the time I had noticed it wasn't doing well while on my drive back, it was passed closing time by like 2 minutes. Now I thought, "maybe they'll still answer". Nope. No answer whatsoever. So i figured ill call them tomorrow and they can help me. Call them the next morning and im told by the manager/owner, "sorry theres nothing we can do, maybe if you had called yesterday but its been a day. We can offer you 20% off your next purchase" I DID CALL but it was 2 MINUTES after closing time. What a joke, and it wasn't even a super expensive fish, $35. But you seriously couldn't even give a replacement or something?? It was still in its original bag from the shop!!! Terrible business, terrible pra
