Camp Rawhide

My young pup had to stay for 6 weeks while I recovered from emergency gall bladder surgery. My son had to find a place quickly as he couldn't take our puppy as he doesn't have any yard space and is renting with others in the city. Paul, the gentleman we dealt with, takes care of all the dogs. He is wonderful. Our dig had a great time. We've been back and she loved it!!

We were traveling through the area and brought our pup here for daycare recently while we checked out non-dog-friendly stuff in Calistoga. Paul was wonderful to deal with while scheduling in advance on the phone and also in-person when we arrived and picked up. Calm and easy going. Our dog is a lot to handle - very high energy and gets all the other dogs riled up. But he had everything under control with supervision and without issues. This place is similarly priced to other dog daycare/boarding places in Napa. But what I like is that they don't nickel and dime you for every little service - like play time, for example. Our dog doesn't need to watch Netflix or have Memory Foam pillows....she's a dog and just needs supervision and play time with other dogs! This place did exactly that. Didn

While the service at the time was good, I paid in advance and , due to health issues, I am unable to continue taking my dog to day care and am out of money I paid in advance. My request for reimbursement was met with a not our policy. No room for negotiations. My advice is to read the policy as it seems it states there that there would be no reimbursement. Happy to take my money for services yet to be provided without a verbal reminder of written policy. I am on SSD and finances are extremely tight. More fool me, I guess

Paul has always taken great care of our dogs. We have been through evacuations and more, he has always had our back

I made an appointment day before and when arrived a few minutes early waited a full 10 minutes and no one came to the front desk and I rang the bell they had and knocked on the window the doors were open and the lights were on but no one came to help me and the floor was so gross. Do not recommend.
