Camp Lucky Board and Train (San Antonio TX)

Alexis was amazing! I signed my dog up for the two week board and train. She is an adopted 3 year old lab who had very little training and was very wild! She still has her energy, but the work Alexis did helped to calm her in every way- from greeting people and not jumping, listening better and going on walks (which used to be miserable). There is still more work to be done as she transitions from her training environment to home, but Alexis has provided me with the tools and support needed so my dog can continue to improve! Also, I really appreciated the report cards every other day with a ton of photos and videos so I knew what was happening. Could not be happier with the entire experience!

We are absolutely over the moon with how well the program worked!! Alexis truly cares for the animals she is working with and takes the training very seriously! She sends report cards out Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, and she is so detailed and honest! She lets you know where they are excelling and where they still need work. She attaches photos and videos of her working with your pets and it’s amazing to see! We met up at La Cantera to do some training and to show me how to work with them moving forward, Alexis made it so easy! Angel did an outstanding job with my dog, Vita! She was so reactive to other dogs and people, but after Angel took her through his 3 week training, she is so good in public! This is her practicing her Place/Down at The Pearl this evening.

I cannot say enough great things about Angel! He worked with my five-month-old golden retriever, and the results were beyond impressive. My pup went from being a wild, excitable ball of energy to a well-mannered, responsive companion all thanks to Angel’s patient, consistent, and kind approach. Angel clearly understands dog behavior and was just as great at training me as the owner! He explained each step of the process, provided helpful tips I could use at home, and were always available for questions. We are beyond grateful for Angel’s wonderful work with our 6-month old Labradoodle Henry. We really appreciated the consistent updates with photos and videos during the course of the training so we could be a part of all of his adventures around San Antonio.
