Very professional and compassionate staff. They don't rush you when it comes to making decisions. The Vet has amazing bed side manner. She helped us stay calm and gave us time to accept the fact we had to put our kitten down. She talked to our kitten reassuring him it's OK as he drifted off. Forever will come here for emergency services. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and that our kitty was safe in your hands.

Our experience was terrible the day we rushed our beloved pet of 15 years up there. The dr which I believe his name was Dr. Paul(he never introduced himself) lacked empathy and was VERY short and worried about getting off because it was the end of his shift and was just like take her to your vet as soon as they open good luck type of situation, in which the only good thing is they stabilized her enough to make it to the vet in which we had to put her down a few hrs later. They never told me what to expect, only take her to your vet. I will not be bringing any other pets back there EVER again. Horrible experience with an Animal hospital, I'm in the medical field and I don't care if it's the end of my shift or how tired I am, I treat every patient as if they were my first.

It was 2 in the morning and I had to ask someone to help me outside also heard the vet give the same diagnosis to patient in next room.

They were thorough. The are a little slow but that's because this is an emergency place and emergencies can bump back less critical cases. The vet consult is good for 24 hours, i.e. if i have to bring my pet back in for more help with 24 hours I'm not charged for a new consult. Prices weren't as bad for what I needed as I feared, but no emergency vet is inexpensive.
