I had a dog come to me and my family while on a walk. He was collard and tagged but no chip. They helped us by taken him in. The process was way they helped us and explained what would happen and what he goes through. Definitely great staff

I saw a puppy on their webpage, went to meet him the next day, and got to bri g him home the same afternoon...Michelle, the adoption agent was so sweet and the shelter was so clean and smelled nice. This was my first time there.....and it was worth the trip. I followed all the instructions and suggestions I was given and my pup settled in just fine

I got my little kitten here, the process went smoothly. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because they did not inform us about having to pay more money after the whole adoption process, they just told us to take it to their vet and that everything else was already PAID for, but once we went in for boosters it was out of pocket, that's my only complaint. They should clarity that a bit more.
