Cache Valley Pet Hotel and Day Camp

I take my dogs there fairly often. They take care of the dogs well. The staff is always nice. They do fun pictures with the dogs too. It's a fun environment.

Using my anonymous Google account because I left such a realistic review they keep removing it. THESE PEOPLE ARE SELFISH AND NEGLECTFUL DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES. THEY WILL NOT CONTACT YOU IF YOUR PET GETS HARMED, ATTACKED, NEEDS SURGERY, ETC. My dog required emergency surgery upon pickup. The owner? A selfish delusional excuse of a being that thinks their waiver saves them from being sued due to neglect. Had I had the money back then that I do now I would’ve sued you guys to oblivion for animal abuse and neglect. You are so painfully neglectful, don’t watch the animals, don’t take responsibility, and do nothing to make your facility better. Anyone who is not looking at these revealing reviews that clearly detail multiple acts of neglect and abuse of these LIVING ANIMALS THAT DESERVE BE

I am so disappointed with the supposed grooming my poodle and maltipoo received today. I was asked to pay before my dogs were brought out and when I saw them I said I was very unhappy, the groomer asked what she could do and tried to brush them but they still look like they weren’t even groomed. So, I said I shouldn’t have to pay for this grooming but would pay for a bath and was told they don’t give refunds.

My dog Gracie had a good stay at the Pet Hotel. She is 14 1/2 years old and takes many pills. They had no problems the special care and they gave her “Pet of the Week” prize.
