DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They don’t give a damn about your dog’s welfare. I “adopted” a puppy from BHS two months ago. This puppy was under the care of BHS and was STARVING TO DEATH in their care! Her ribs and hip bones were sticking out and she was so starved when I got her home she gobbled food like crazy! These people are neglectful with the animals at BHS. They scheduled her spay for two days before Thanksgiving, then when I asked to delay it, they had their lawyer send me threatening letters full of lies and falsehoods! So now I’m being threatened and harassed by BHS on Thanksgiving, a lawsuit is being filed against me, all because I asked to delay her spay. These people are completely insane, mean and spiteful people who don’t give a damn about animals. DO NOT GET AN ANIMAL HERE. Tru

My beagle was diagnosed with horrible cancer recently. Yesterday I made the difficult decision to have her put to sleep. The whole staff and Dr Jahner were so compassionate and kind. They do good work at reasonable prices. Such a good asset for the community to have

Amazing amazing place all their animals are socialized and healthy, I got my kitty from here and the process was smooth but thorough, so I know they really care about where these pets go! The vet Dr. Klein is so friendly!!! 🫶
