Great experience overall. The staff was friendly and patient, and they took great care of our dog. The space was clean and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals. We’ll definitely be back.

I've now been there twice. The first time, I brought in my big orange kitty who received a lion cut. They did a great job and my cat was prancing around like he was king of the savannah. So I felt confident bringing in his brother for a flea bath & sanitary trim. They told me to come back in an hour as they worked on him & when I returned, the groomer said that he had a bloody toe but that was because he "shed the outer layer of his nail, which is natural." Yes, it is natural to shed that but it isn't natural for their to be blood! Then she proceeds to tell me she decided not to give him a flea bath after all(!). Love Bubbles. It’s so convenient, you call ahead of time and reserve the self service bath sink. your provided with 3 clean towels to dry your pup, as well as a apron to keep you dry while you’re washing your dog. Very reasonable price.

I’ve been bringing my girl here for 11 years and the staff is always so accommodating and gentle with her especially now that my dog is in her very late senior years. The price are reasonable and they are wonderful at reminding us about pick up and appointment times. I would never go anywhere else . Jean is the best !
