I cannot say enough amazing things about Kristen Hampton!! She groomed my dog Willow for the very first time and absolutely nailed it. She listened to exactly what I wanted, paid attention to every detail, and the results were beyond perfect. Willow looks beautiful, happy, and so well cared for. You can truly tell Kristen loves what she does and treats every pup like her own. If you’re looking for a groomer who is talented, gentle, and genuinely passionate — she’s the one! Highly, highly recommend 💕🐾

My wife and I regularly take our long haired Chihuahua Olive to get groomed. They take great care of her and she always comes back looking refreshed. We've gotten to know the staff and they are so friendly!

Very discourteous!! Rudest staff and owner. They act like you should feel privileged to have them groom your dog. They are happy to shave your dog so they can run through as many dogs as possible in a day but do not want to spend anytime on anything else. And they don’t let you know until after you have driven away that they are unable to groom a long haired dog. Worst customer service ever. And way overpriced. If you try to talk to them they get hostile and don’t remember the excuse they gave you in their last sentence. Never again . And they just tried to give yet ANOTHER DIFFERENT Reason for their incompetence. RUN AWAY..

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I think people should be aware. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BRING YOUR DOODLES. I noticed that in a lot of the previous bad reviews the owner of the salon will comment and basically say that the way each dog turned out was either due to matting or the fault of the owner. I’m going to dispel that right now. I brush my dog regularly and thoroughly so I know where or if he had matting. If there were any knots in his hair it would’ve been under his chin and under his chest where his harness sits. I brought him here for his very first haircut. He’s a 10 month old chocolate labradoodle. His hair was fairly long so I asked that they take off about half and give him a fully rounded teddy bear face, they did not. They completely shaved him. Our golden retriever has been visiting Kristen Hampton since she was a pup. Kristen does an outstanding job, and we always get many compliments on the groom when we are out and about. Kristen is our go-to-groomer!!!
