Our pup Ellie went in for bladder stone removal, Dr. Dayton and her staff were all very caring and kept us updated on her status during surgery. Checked in with us post op on her healing progress and answered all my questions timely. Procedure and costs were explained upfront and easily understood. Loved their open communication & care of our pup

Dr. Dayton and her staff are absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for a more caring, dedicated, and passionate vet for my husky. Dr. Dayton is so knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know and more. She stayed in contact with me after my pups procedure to check in on him, and truly went the extra mile. Jana', Whitny, and Ellie are the absolute sweetest and friendliest staff members. The facility is also pristine and such a warm and welcoming environment for any nervous pets. I'm so happy to have Mill Springs here!

Amazing staff from the start. From texting to phone calls to in person. They were kind & gentle with our old girl & our young nervous girl The kindness & understanding. Our pups were so comfortable there that they even laid down instead of pacing & panting with anxiety

Dr Dayton spent a good amount of time with us and our new puppy. I was impressed by her proactive recommendations about socializing and training her. I liked how she used spray cheese to keep our puppy happily distracted during her exam. I was also impressed that Dr Dayton did the nail trimming herself! I especially appreciated how they did everything in the room with us rather than taking our dog to another room for shots, nail trimming, etc.
