This visit was the best experience that I have ever had at a veterinarian facility. Dr. Sparks, Ellie, and Lauren were so friendly and professional. They all were so sweet and comforting to Frankie which helped him stay calm. Dr. Sparks was very thorough when going over Frankie's plan if care and provided a estimate of the cost before proceeding with the plan. We wil definitely use this facility if needed in the future.

Dr Sparks is the BEST! She always goes above and beyond for our babies. Appointments are easy to get, follow ups are timely, and she provides more personalized care then we have ever received. She handles our reactive rescue with ease, patience and understanding. If you are looking for kind, compassionate and thorough care for your pets, look no further than Dr Sparks.

I have been bringing my dogs here for a few years, and every visit has been consistently professional and compassionate. Dr. Sparks has taken time to explain options without rushing or upselling which I really appreciate. My appointments have always started close to on time for me, and when there was a delay ONCE the staff communicated clearly and apologized —- stuff happens in medical settings. My dogs have received excellent care and we’ve never felt dismissed or pressured. You can tell the team generally cares about the animals not just getting you in and out. I’ve been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy. Ellie normally does his ear Plucking which I started when he was about four months old, they used to Charge me about $30 then it gradually went out to like 45 around there today I called and Ellie said to me she’ll get back to me because she didn’t know how much it’ll be well guess what I received an email stating it would be roughly $60 to pluck my dogs ear not only have we been a patient there for a year but a job that only takes 10 minutes. This is ridiculous and Dr. Sparks I’m not sure if she’s the one that does her pricing. I’m going to check other easy vets to see how much they charge for ear plucking but if this is a private practice that the doctors create their own pricing $60 is insane even if you’re a millionaire, no one shoul
