Our fur baby loves to be groomed. Never had a problem out of any of the places that we took him. We needed to find a place close to us. Big mistake!!! And his second appointment there, he realized he was staying as soon as The front door opened he took off like a bat out of hell. He was absolutely terrified, almost ran into the oncoming traffic until I called out his name. He stopped right at the curb and ran as fast as he could down the sidewalk in the opposite direction. We almost lost him taking him to his that place. I don’t know what goes on when we leave, but whatever it is it certainly is it right. He has been to several Different groomers. They all Loved him either. They had a funny story, Raved about how loving and gentle he was and they all laughed at how he would lift up the leg

BEWARE!!! Do not take your dogs here!! I strongly believe there is animal cruelty going on here!! And substance abuse! It's unsanitary!! And completely unprofessional!!' They kept my dog for 7 hours! When I called to check on her I heard crying and screaming dogs!! When I got there she wasn't even done!! I told her to give me my dog NOW!! I'm definitely gonna look into them being investigated!y dogs behavior is definitely NOT the same since I picked her up!! If I could leave a damn 0 stars for them I would!!! They are HIDEOUS!!!!!!

I was devastated when I picked my yorkie Bubbles and Bows is absolutely terrible! Very unprofessional and big liars they cut my puppies on his hind leg he had to have surgery stitches, then the owner Carla agreed to pay for vet bill then she lied and says she’s going out of business! Plz be aware this place is not legitimate!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HEERE . I have a wheaten terrier and this Tonya( has my dog there til after 10:30 -11:00 at night , shop is very un clean and she has people who are not groomers in and out of the back at all hours . Not a problem professional environment and Lord knows what’s happening to our babies in the process .

My dog looks so cute after her grooming appointment! I was visiting from CA, and my dog was so overdue on being groomed. She is a white Pomeranian and upon picking her up, her coat felt like fluffy silk, she smelled amazing, and she was cut so well! Her coat was so bright that she looked like she could glow in the dark. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend!! Friendly staff and excellent service.
